Bus Pass Walk

Another glorious day. 2 buses caught to Ilkley. Coffee stop at a church cafe on The Grove.  Passed by the memorial fountain in the main photo - opened by Ilkley's own Alan Titchmarsh.  Then a walk down to the bridge to do part of the river walk, coming back via the very well kept cemetery (more photos in extras). Lunch at a cafe recommended by K. French style and very nice refreshments. After a quick look in a couple of shops we caught 2 buses back to the village  Called in at the local for some cooling drinks. Saw friend H's door open on the way up the village so popped in for a quick chat with her and M &C who were visiting. A good day out.
