Beauty is all around us.

Fan tastic fan.

The Feast Day of Saint Brendan The Voyager. Born to Saint Ita in Tralee on the west coast of Ireland.
This heroic Saint sailed in skin covered coracles, from Ireland to Scotland, then to England and Wales.
He founded several monasteries. Clonfert is the most famous one, where he directed three thousand monks. He died in 578.

I am happy to share with you, that after much struggle due to the size of the fittings, Paul has managed to work in 90f, to fix up the new ceiling fan. It is really lovely and has several speed settings.

The conservatory is his favourite place in the Summer weather. He enjoys sitting at the round table doing puzzles from the newspaper and watching bands and news on his Tablet.

I have been for a walk to the shop for our Daily Mail and Accrington Observer. I have put the washing out and vacuumed the downstairs rooms. Paul and me went to The Range for some DIY things. We needed the air conditioning on because the car was sweltering.

I went to the Post Office to send Maria some running socks. Bank Holiday weekend she is doing a Half Marathon in Edinburgh. I am in awe of her.

Now, I am relaxing and watching Love on Harbour Island, a sweet and soppy romantic film.

Enjoy your Friday blip friends and thank you for visiting my site today.
