Fan tastic challenge.

The Feast Day of Saint Isidòre the Farmer Labourer. 1070.

Today has been sunny and very warm. When we bought this house in July 2023 the owner mentioned the ceiling fan in the conservatory needed mending. It has been on our to do list, for a long time, as other jobs took priority.
Paul bought a lovely new ceiling fan, £79. from Amazon, but it is proving a really tough challenge to get it fixed in place, due to the old connecting box being screwed in very firmly.
Paul has great perseverance but after hours of working in 92f temperature, he has gone to The Range to buy some expanding foam. Don't ask!! It is surprising how many incredible things he has fixed over the years using expanding foam. I just keep out of the way and make orange and ice drinks for him.
So fingers crossed and prayers it can be sorted soon.
