It’s been a quiet day. Mr C got the shower etc covered in plastic so that he could paint the ceiling. My role was limited to holding the paint pot. He’s very thorough and does a great job, but it takes time. Another coat on tonight then he’ll start priming the walls.

I’ve sat in the sun, reading some of the art book - up to Holbein now - and finishing Mayflies. The knee is still sore, but manageable. I’m glad I enjoy reading as sitting around so much is frustrating for an active person.
