Just wrote a whole screed and lost it...

Busy but quiet day at work.

I had another lousy nights sleep last night and can't get warm today, despite the sunshine :(

So I've reluctantly decided I'm only going out for essentials tomorrow and will then try to do housework and relax.  But I'll see how I am tomorrow anyway...


In other news, I want to take a trip to Eastbourne in June and wondering if anyone has been there, and or can recommend a hotel/guest house?  I'd prefer en-suite (standard) double room.  I normally book Premier Inn/Travelodge but neither is close to the beach.  I want to be close to the beach as I will be using public transport.

Excited but very nervous to be booking accommodation somewhere I don't know after all these years since pandemic.  Only a couple of nights though...
