Sage again

Well, I think I've had my Blip money's worth out of these sage flowers; this is my third one.  The thing is, it's a long time since I grew sage so I kept thinking the flower had reached its peak, but I think it really has now.

It has also been a bit of a learning experience; I searched Sage online and found it is part of the Lamiaceae family of plants.  Probably of no surprise is that it is related to mint, basil, rosemary and oregano, but I didn't expect to find Teak listed as part of the same family!

I don't think I'll be getting another blip out of it but it will do for a grey, cold and miserable day when we didn't feel inspired to go out.
