Old favourites

  ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ my lovely Rose which is showing off her first blooms of the year,  beautiful as ever and very aromatic.  Another old favourite the  1924 composition by George Gershwin.  The intro is a horror to play on the saxophone,  I know.
 
Another lovely and very warm day.  The washing dried before I knew it and I went into town to pick up the paint for Gary Gardener to transform our garden shed and fences starting tomorrow and ……...  I’ve made choices:  Cuprinol Ducksback ‘Herring Grey’ for the shed and Creocote Light Brown for the fences.  Hope they turn out ok??

Kind friend C popped round this afternoon and helped us put up the blind in the bedroom – 3 hours later ….. it’s brilliant.
