Strange child

Some years ago when we had a celebration for our 25th wedding anniversary, our next door neighbours gave us a pair of hammocks as a gift. And just by luck, our neighbour opposite happens to own an engineering company and he made a stand for the hammock  - that I've never been able to climb on to.   But E has always loved it and every year,  even if it isn't warm, she likes to get it out of storage and lie in it. She actually wanted to bring it onto the grass last week, but I said it was too cold.  As I said - strange child.
