In the Buttercups

Starting the day on the banks of the River Avon where there were many scarce chasers was good for those mindfulness moments and dropping to my knees was happy to get the buttercups in the shot.

Hubs has been a darling today and bought me a big birthday present early -  - the canon 100-300mm lens. Totally totally unexpected! The Extra Azure damsel was taken with that on the banks of Tewkesbury canal and I'm pretty happy with that for a first attempt with it.
