Work Day.

We had delivered two cords of kiln dried maple fire wood this week. We stacked about a quarter of it today, much to the dismay of our backs. It reminded me of a saying my dad had (he had a million), better delivered in his Oklahoma drawl, when I worked a hard day: “Well, I’ll bet you sleep on your own side of the bed tonight.”
