Planting

We skipped a day stacking wood, will hit it tomorrow, but we planted in the garden, tomatoes, basil, and peppers. A good gardening day.

I have to share this. A while back, Blipper BS bought my book 100 Valleys. When he finished, he shared it with Blipper Jeano. She commented to me that she likes my work, and that she is going to read one of my poems to a group of Irish poets in Dublin soon. That knocks me sideways. To think that my poetry is being read halfway around the world, let alone IRELAND, blows me away. Ireland is the ONE country I want to visit before I check out, so maybe we can, and visit these fine poets. My poetry in the land of Seamus Heaney. Unreal.

This is the beauty of Blip. How else could my poetry get this far around the world? Thank you all for supporting my writing. If you are interested in my writing, go to

and search for Donald Witten. Thank you.
