Hanging on ….

I can’t believe the purple tulips are still hanging on - they’ve put on an amazing ing display this year.  This will definitely be their last appearance as next week they will have to make way for the summer bedding. And once again, I’m amazed by just how colour coordinated the garden is at the moment, so there’s an extra collage of the purples. 

In other news, today I actually manage to speak to a real person in Liverpool Women’s rather than leaving an answer phone message. I’m offered the date of June 6th for my surgery - which is fine by me, but they’re just checking with my surgeon to see whether he’s happy with the proximity to our Namibian trip. I feel 10 weeks should give me plenty of recovery time, but I’ll just wait to hear his viewpoint. At least I feel things are moving forward…..,
