Thuir landscape

we drove to a nearby village , Millas, stopping en-route for some photos after spotting this house lit up in front of the mountains. 
We'd never been to Millas before but had spotted a series of lakes there next to the road we drove out on yesterday.  We found a lovely restaurant just outside the village for lunch then had a walk around. The church interior is said to be interesting but sadly its usually closed. Then walked around the lakes where we spotted a heron and some grebes fishing, but a bit too distant for a decent shot.
