Garden Sports

Back still causing concern especially first thing in the morning. Once moving (and the painkillers kick in) it gets better.

Did the morning dog walk before heading through to Edinburgh for the Oriam parkrun event. I decided to be a park walker meaning a double credit which was a bonus.

Had fun in the garden after with L who is determined to get a tan in Scotland.

Going to pop down the cricket club later and watch the FA cup final.
