Bridge Walk

After the morning dog walk, I did the junior parkrun volunteering with L and K (marshalling) before getting home for breakfast.

Got some stuff going on with dad's care just now which is causing internal frictions somewhere in the extended family!

After dropping L off at gymnastics, MrsT and I went to Queensferry to walk over the old Forth Road bridge and down into North Queensferry.  It was a scorcher albeit windy on the bridge.

I was supposed to be ten pin bowling with the FiL for a league match but giving the back as much time to recover as possible.
