Big Guns

First stop after coffee Richards, picked him up and over to Treliske for his treatment. Whilst he’s having his treatment I have the opportunity to sit and read my book over a coffee in the Cove Cafe.
My time in there, amongst people, some of whom are having the worst day of their lives, allows me to appreciate how fortunate I am to remain fit and active.
After dropping Richard home time to catch up with Mrs S before heading down to Ponsharden for the Club Row, enjoyable as always, even more so in the summer sun.

In the evening I enjoyed chatting with Sam over the plans for the front garden, it’s to be a joint effort.
