HOT AGAIN!

I owe an apology to Argos. There was nothing missing! And I would have realised it right away, had I cleared up the box and polystyrene there and then, but we went visiting instead...

I cleared up this morning, and out from the underside of a large piece of polystyrene, dropped the little packet of missing bits and bobs... and so I could attach all the bits, and tighten nuts and bolts with the correct tools. Yay! Ten minutes was quite enough, mind you, but I'll work up to more.

Archie went out for the day with Elizabeth, and we wandered across to our favourite sitting-out lunch place - Soderberg. Our usual - sharing a salad and a pizza. We sat outside this time, the umbrellas weren't opened, but it was sunny and warm, and not too hot. Instead of a coffee (and pastry) for afters, we walked round to their other wee shop that sells pastries, coffees and ice cream. Perfect.

A slow walk home, had to add a few hundred steps by walking round the cricket game. We met Dougal and his mum on their way home. I was stuffed, and so I lay on the sofa and watched the football. JR did a bit of sunbathing out in the back garden.

I've just done another 10 minutes on the bike.
