Buzzing

Went for a wally to recycle some glass before work.  Worked from home and did a yoga class at lunchtime.  It was much faster and complicated than the usual class and I did get my left and right muddled up at times.  Good class though with the teachers that I did zoom classes with during covid.  
Picked up a friend for a much depleted book group meeting.  There were only 4 of us this time. Fun discussion about the book. I was not impressed and thought it showed the author as a misogynistic, homophobic, privileged idiot. Not one to recommend. Had a nice catch up with everyone.  The non alcoholic lager I took to drink was OK and made a good alternative to sweet soft drinks.
