Core memory moment...

Grandad on Claires bike, G on her bike and son-in-law. (Yes, she's wearing her horse riding hat. She has a cycle helmet but prefers this. )
Yesterday, G decided to get her bike out. Big moment as she hasn't gone far since Christmas, so to see her up and down the lane and even once or twice going out of sight with just Grandad with her was HUGE. She's quite high, very loud, but she's happy even though her anxiety is just under the surface. 
Grandad brought her strawberries from Stroud food festival they were delicious, and he also gave her a bike service... raised the seat, oiled the chain, pumped the types, that sort of thing. 

Almost forgot and nearly missed the Greek night at our local vegan cafe. Paul was out for a walk, I was snoozing on the sun lounger in the garden when the reminder came in. I'm glad we made it. The food was delicious, so good. I forgot to take photos... except for dessert that's in extras.
