Rareskate

Roller skating on the Hereford cycle track is limited to two Friday evenings a month.  Running a B&B generally takes out Friday evenings.  Thus, it was a rare combination of being available on the right Friday, and decent weather, that led me out to Hereford tonight.

Attempted to work on some better technique rather than just going round and round for exercise.  Probably still clocked up 10k.
