A rest day today for me
After we got back yesterday I actually went to bed at 20:00 and must have fallen asleep straightaway with the radio on and the blind and curtains open!
Stephen apparently looked in at 20:30 and turned off the radio and closed the curtains!
I woke a couple of times and drifted off again. But was fully awake from 3:00am -4:00am. I listened to a good programme about CS Lewis before sleeping again.
Another fairly sunny day.
We went for the usual circular having a coffee at the Farmhouse Bistro. I really enjoyed it.
No problems with my hip thankfully since last Thursday. But I’m still making sure I don’t over do it again!
It was such a good weekend and a lovely rest.
