A Venerable Feline Traversement Exhortation

This afternoon I hand literally only taken a few steps outside my front door for another lone local photographic safari when I came across this sign erected by our neighbours to ensure passing motorists are aware of the possibility of their venerable feline family member attempting to traverse the tarmac in front of them.
It really made me smile because this is a cat very well known to us. For as long as I can remember we have always called her "Little Ginge" (we have only discovered that her real name is Izzy within the last year or so when her owner was trying to call her inside). She is not the most demonstrative of cats - we've only ever heard her meow a couple of times at most over the years and she hates being approached let alone stroked.
We usually see her several times a day - with one of her favourite spots being our driveway (I have captured an image of her in this exact location on a previous blip). She never seems particularly happy to see us but we still have a big soft spot for her nonetheless as she's such a little character and taking into account her age, even before the sign was erected, we have always tried to keep an eye out for her when she is crossing the road if we see her out and about.
