FLAG IRISES IN OUR GARDEN

It seemed wrong somehow to single out just one of these beautiful yellow flag irises and also to make them mono when they are such a beautiful variety of colours, so here are four of them!

Mr. HCB has borrowed a neat little tool from Mike, our next door neighbour, that gets the moss out from between the paving slabs on our driveway so appears to be having fun using that and when it warms up a little bit, I’m going out to clean the patio at the back.

It’s decidedly cooler today - with a grey cloudy sky – in fact, I’ve even put a jumper on so perhaps we will get that longed-for rain after all!
