DerelictWeek - The Worst House

It was nice to sit in the ‘Lawrence pew’ and just enjoy the service, though I did do the first reading - it’s very unusual for me to not contribute in some way or other.

I often think that my road is one of the nicest in Tiptree because it’s quiet and the properties are set back with garages and drives to park on, but there is one place which would win the title ‘The Worst House on the Best Street’ - and this is it. It was sold by auction about a year or so back, and so far the “work” done there has only made it look even more of a derelict wreck. I note, however, that today (Monday) there’s a bit more activity happening there than usual so perhaps it might start improving soon.
