Couple of swells

I hadn’t seen any thrushes in our garden since last year but there were signs that some may be about - broken snail shells - see extra.
However, this afternoon I spotted these two beauties.
I got a bit of a shock this morning. There was the renewal info for Hugo, our beagle’s, insurance. It has gone up from £65 a month to £115 a month, a rise of 77%.
I phoned them this morning to see if it was a mistake but no and they weren’t prepared to change unless I reduced the maximum claim!!
