Crested Tits …

… in the forest below Lac Derborence. I think this might be a female with her perfect crest as the extra shows a bird with a frazzled looking crest, possibly due to fighting for his territory?

I go to this area to enjoy the lake reflections (extra) and to try to see the Bearded Vultures which nest in the Valley but no luck today. The Lady’s Slipper Orchids are still in bud too. So I shall have to return in about a week’s time.
