Lost and found
Archie and I walked round the Links first thing, and I was very glad of my gilet - that breeze was there, and no sun! But I think it's to be warm again tomorrow.
While I was out I got an amazing text - friends have just sold their flat, just like that, through a private buyer, over the weekend!! Exciting job prospects, but nothing settled yet... Very exciting!
I was listening to a 'Conversations' using my new ear buds, which I'm not that keen on because they hook around the ear and make my ears stick out. Anyway, one ear bud stopped working, so I put it in my pocket. It was fine with just one anyway. BUT when I got home, I realised I no longer had it in my pocket. The same pocket that had about six poo bags. Oh no, it must have fallen out when I grabbed a poo bag as Archie trotted through the long grass to reach the short grass (his preference). So, after a wee rest, we both set off back along the road. I was preparing to search the long grass and the dead daffodils, but I knew roughly where I walked. But I was in luck - it was quite near the path. On looking at the photo, I can’t actually see it, but it was there…
I've done four lots of ten minutes on the bike. But certain parts of me are still SO painful, I may give it a miss tomorrow to recover.
JR tried a new gym class this morning, and enjoyed it. She took Archie out for a big long walk in the afternoon, and she was stalked by a crow! It followed her for ages, and swooped down and touched her head!!
Hazel is on her way back home, after her holiday in the sunshine. I think tomorrow might just be a warm sunny day, so it's not such a shock to her system.
