Hengistbury Head

The blip was taken on returning to the car park. We had almost 3 lovely hours walking on Hengistbury Head, down to Mudeford Spit and an Aspall at the Beach House.

For a few minutes, it became really hot and I doubted I'd be able to walk back. I suggested we took the land train, but then the cool breeze returned, and so we walked, taking the shadier route.

Always exhilarating up there, far away from the world's woes.
