In the pink

I received the result of Mum's hip scan today, she only had the scan yesterday lunchtime. " We have had the result of your hip scan and it is reassuringly normal. It shows some age related changes but nothing of concern". So pain management - Paracetamol & Ibuprofen.
I met Jane, Jeanette & Mandy for a lunchtime catch up in Newton Abbot. We discussed our trip, places of interest etc. that we would like to visit. Not long now :-). Popped into Animals in Distress charity shop & found myself a lovely fuchsia pink linen shift dress (£5).
I pulled out some fabrics from my stash this afternoon. Found a saved pattern & pinned out the pattern ready for cutting. I've got 4 lengths of fabric that I really like so if the first top is a success I might make another 3. They would be great for the holiday, & comfy tops for the summer back here.
