Wounded soldier

Rough start to the day after the late night last night celebrating, at least we had planned ahead and booked the field for the dogs. They had a great time there in the sun until we left, and Darwin started limping. Got back home and looked at his paw and he has ripped his main paw pad again running around on the dry ground, pain killers and a wash then vet wrap to protect it, and he was feeling sorry for himself. Dropped J off at Edinburgh salt rooms for a session with one of her friends and came back home to look at Darwin again and noticed he had also damaged the other paw pad so had to bandage that up as well. J went paddle boarding in the afternoon while I tried to do somethings around the house and had a sleep as well. Darwin had made himself at home in his bed outside so couldn’t go shopping but got steak out of the freezer for dinner when J got back. Tried to watch qualifying but fell asleep so there was no chance of watching Eurovision.
