The mark of Zorro backtofront?

Mr F has been cut open to remove quite a big bcc this morning. The surgeon said not to remove the dressing, but it wasn’t very well attached, and bleeding through, so I did, and was surprised to see this!
It was all very efficient though, and we were there and back within two hours, but now the local anaesthetic has worn off, and Mr F isn’t so happy. 
Elvis is quite worried and being very attentive though.
