Wild roses in the hedgerow

Mr F thanks you for all the good wishes sent his way. His wound is oozing a bit, but he’s surviving, and was well enough to drive into Saintes and do his English conversation class at AVF without frightening the students!
Later it rained very hard just as I was walking from the car to the supermarket, and I got very wet. It’s saved me watering the veg bed though!
