It has been a lovely sunny mild Tuesday here in Rishton. 21.6c in the living room. 78f in the conservatory.

We were blessed with no less than three visits from Jasper the friendly tom cat from the Close.

We do love him and feed him but don't let him indoors. He enjoys the garden and especially the Cat Mint.

I went out to buy Gardening New, I newspaper, two anniversary cards and a birthday card. Lisa's Den is a very good card and gift shop.

Then I did some gardening, mostly watering, weeding and rescuing some petunias that Jasper squashed when he jumped into a window box, under the influence of Cat Mint!

It actually rained lightly a few minutes ago. The forecast said there was only a 4% chance of rain.
It hasn't deterred the joyful singing of the blackbird.

I watched the Chelsea Flower Show at 2pm and it was enjoyable.

I have done all my housework and tasks, so I am watching The History of Mister Polly, on Talking Movies.
I enjoy a good John Mills film.
