Pastures New

I met my old friend and best man, M, for a round of golf at Brean Golf Club this afternoon. We’ve been friends for over 60 years now but, as he lives in Torquay, we only get to meet 2 or 3 times a year; each time we say we must get a round of golf in and today we finally did it.

It was a very challenging course, with lots of strategically placed ponds and ditches and lightning fast greens but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Plans are already afoot for a repeat performance.
