A weed?

Spotted this a couple of days ago when out with Hetty and thought it was really lovely, but it’s just growing at the roadside.
Joiner had a problem with the new taps and had to put the old ones back. Hubby needs to contact the supplier as he bought them directly and the joiner said there was something missing.
He finished earlier that we expected so we headed off to the city on the bus and sorted an ISA and lunch in the sun.
Hetty was happy to have access to the kitchen and garden again and ran around barking at squirrels while we had coffee on the decking. Later then usual walk when it cooled down a bit.
Advised not put heavy objects back until morning so we decided to leave everything.
