Of Green Men and Bats in the Belfy

A quick throw together after a busy day.
 
Biskit on sleepover so that tends to be busy enough, but I got stuck into a number of outstanding jobs involving ladders, step and otherwise.
 
The first was cleaning and spider proofing the CCTV cameras.  Time will tell if they remain web free, at least hopefully for a long time.  A couple of cameras need the extension ladder to reach them.
 
I then agreed to put up Mrs W’s small green man.  That could have done for TinyTuesday I suppose.  At least that was low level over the patio.
 
The bat box (a present from our daughter a while ago) was high beside the bathroom window.  The biggest problem was the hammer drill would not look at the mortar – definitely not the blocks.  So I had to drag up the mains powered impact drill which went through it all like butter.
 
After dinner I popped down to my office to do this blip, and found that I was supposed to be in a ‘Google Meet’ meeting with some friends from East Anglia, so I’m doing this while enjoying the meeting.  The best is that I had a quick shower before dinner, and I’m still in my dressing gown.  I have promised not to stand up . . .
