Dinner was at Fuku-Chan tonight. The place looks like a hospital but it’s a sign of their professionalism. The flavour and simplicity is on point. I don’t like bean shoots but they make it taste so good. Arguably the best ramen chain. It’d be a long lost if I get into it. But it’s great.
