Went out to a restaurant that served pancakes and açai bowls. The Mrs shared it from Instagram and it looked pretty good. Waited an hour in line and thought, ok, must be the next big thing. Looks like something that’s served in Seoul.

Overpriced, poor service (staff only doing bus boy things while the manager did everything else front of house and collected money before food arrived). It would be ok if it was half priced in a food court at a shopping mall.

These kinds of Instagram restaurants feel so fake. Still, you look cool removing plastic or watching chocolate melt spectacularly on a pancake. The price might be worth the attention.

Still, I’m just happy spending time with the Mrs.
