Create Powerful, ABSTRACT Expressionist Portraits

We followed the above tutorial by Blue Lightning.   A lot of steps but really well explained .  His tutorials are always good in that he doesn't expect you to know everything!

Another beautiful day!  This morning Ro and I went for the cricket ground walk.  The archers were out in force as we passed by and there were signs that their café may be opening soon! 

 We stopped in the new café 'Provisions' and had a sandwich and hot chocolate for me/ latte for Ro.  First time we have a sandwich there and they were huge!  We brought home half for this evening!!!

Digital group this afternoon - it all went well from the photoshop point of view but various family members are ill so one couldn't come and one left early!  

I used one of my mother's paintings to change rather than having a portrait of a person.  She always signed her paintings 'Sim', unless they were copies in which case she didn't sign them!
