Day Out

Little Man and I went to Amsterdam this morning. We needed to do some shopping and I also wanted to visit a shop that's only branch happens to be in Amsterdam. Little Man really enjoyed the train and bus rides. We went into the Lego store and he loved being able to go into the windmill they have. I treated him to a new Duplo set (since he's been so good), though he had to wait until we got home before he could unbox it. He held it almost all the way home. We came home via Bodegraven, where we spent some time at the playground near the station, whilst we waited for the bus home.

After we'd been home about an hour, we got on the bike, posted a card and then biked to Reeuwijk, for Little Man's first speech therapy session. He's been on the waiting list since the end of December. Its going to be a weekly appointment for now. 

Once we got home, we had dinner and Little Man went to bed. I have life group tonight, and thankfully have been able to organise a lift so I can go. The baby sitter will be coming to listen out for Little Man for me.
