Scentless Chamomile

Wednesdays are B‘s day off, so usually we go for a walk together. Today, we passed a fallow field that was dry as dust, and covered in these flowers. They look very similar to chamomile flowers, but don’t smell of chamomile. So, this is a pretty wildflower, but no medicinal herb.

In the afternoon, I took the bus into town for some errands and a haircut. I also met a friend in a café. We had the first iced coffee of the season, which was a lovely treat.
