Marigolds

New plants in the garden this year, planted strategically at bedroom windows to hopefully reduce mosquitoes when the season is right. Keeping fingers crossed they work.

It’s been a busy day with a later than normal finish. Arnie went to watch some squash and I headed home with the pooches to make some butternut soup in anticipation of the first cold front heading our way tonight. Single figure temperatures at this altitude are not fun.
