Archie's big day out with his pals Amanda and John. He must be quite short sighted - or perhaps his eyebrows get in the way - but he ran all the way to a woman walking towards us (completely the wrong direction of the 'Archie! Archie!' calls from A & J. Actually, the woman had a good laugh, and was pointing the correct way for him.
Anyway, they all set off for a lovely day in the sun. They won't be here next week, as they're off on holiday!
We then went into town a) to drop off our bag of used coffee pods (which seems to happen rather often) and b) to just have a mooch around John Lewis and check our final choice of fry pans. I got tired of this quite swiftly, and, declining JR's invitation for further shopping elsewhere, decided to come home.
The bus trip home was eventful. A big pram, then a wheelchair, then a walker, and several walking sticks staggered on. The poor bus driver was very helpful, and was muttering under his breath about 'these buses...'
The walkers arrived home eventually (16,000 steps!) and we had a coffee out in the back garden.
I have a managed 10x4 minutes of torture on the bike.
