Bouquet from Bruce and Elly

Bruce and Elly sent these flowers to me last Wednesday. I'm delighted that they are still looking good a week later.

I was at the gym this morning for aquafit, a swim, and strength training. Back home again I weeded our vegetable patch, then turned my attention to Mummy hazelh admin.

This evening Mr hazelh and I were guests with my gym-friend Betty at the flat of Mary (another gym-friend). Mary's partner Ron helped host the dinner. The main purpose of the evening was for me to take Betty and Mary through my presentation slides from last week. They had not been able to attend the earlier 'official' talk due to other commitments, so Mary organised a wee dinner party to include a private view. This made for a lovely mid-week night out.

Exercise today: aquafit class; swim (20 lengths); strength training; walking (20,491 steps).
