Sgwarnog: In the Field

Meadow

After a busy teaching day, I briefly stopped off at the pocket reserve at Shipley Station Meadow on my way home, to see if there was any late afternoon butterfly or bug activity.

The best I could find was on  these Ox-eye Daisies. A touch of camera shake hasn’t helped me determine the nature of the tiny creatures, but typically these would be either a) Cocksfoot Moth, or b) ladybird larvae.
