There was quite a good frost this morning but it must have melted somewhat by the time Missy & I were in the track back down to the road home. Missy’s in that photo, in the middle and a little to the right. Brow Peak is on the horizon, on the right side.
I visited the Physio today about my Achilles tendon and she doesn’t think that I need to go back. She was very pleased with the recent improvements.
However - I’m to keep up with the exercises!
