Sequoia

As a nature abstract, this is the top of a giant sequoia, also known as a Sierra redwood (Sequoiadendron giganteum). If nature had it's way, this would not be in Scotland but in California. The extra is another nature matter. It shows a beach on the River Dee at Maryculter, Aberdeenshire. The beach should be under water of course. However it is going to rain at the weekend.....
