In the kiln

This is my latest glass creation, a variation of a theme, really, as I've made this kind of shape with strips of glass before. This one doesn't have a glass circle as a back to it - the hole in the middle goes all the way through. It will get fired soon so should be ready when I next go to the studio.

I managed to sit outside for lunch and then later, after I had come home again, I went out to the back green. It looks as if tomorrow will be the last day of sunshine and then it's going to rain and rain and the wind is going to blow. Oh well, I expect some people will be happy!
