A fine drying day before the rain forecast for the weekend saw me get 3 loads done today.

Pilates this morning was rather tough on my legs but I am starting to feel the benefit of going.

Phin and I enjoyed another fine walk at Newbattle this afternoon where he found a tennis ball before we got to the river paths. He had fun retrieving the ball from the river with the added benefit of keeping him cool.
