I was at Dumfries railway station to puck up some tickets. The station gardens are beautiful- a lot of hard work goes into keeping them that way.

I started the day with a walk. The same group of friends walk the same 3 and a half mile circuit at 9am every morning, everyone joining in when they are free. Friendship, support, therapy, inspiration. Wonderful.

Lors of gardening got done this afternoon. I am hoping for rain this weekend to water my plants for me :-)
